information on what is happening. Feel free to

April 15 is just
around the corner, and you know what that means ... time to
get your
swimmers into the pool! Whether your swimmer is just starting or has prior
experience, Bloomington Swim Club is the choice to make!
Here are the forms you need to register your swimmer
for BSC's summer programs. Click on the icons to open the forms/files:
- Learn to Swim Program:
Information;
Registration. This is an excellent program for the new swimmers to get their
feet wet, so to speak!f (NOTE: The correct fee for this program is
$50. Please discard any information or
registration forms that have an incorrect amount. Thank you!)

Course Registration. Note: By completing the forms in this spreadsheet prior
to printing them, the amounts will automatically calculate! Once you've
completed the form, print and bring to registration. It's that easy!

due by Oct 1st!

Four admin notes for parents:
1. TEAM APPAREL NIGHT! Oct. 1 at North HS from 5:30-7:30pm, Kast-A-Way
Swimwear company will be present to sell swim suits and any other things
you need for your swimmer. Please make sure your swimmer has the proper
gear to ensure success in the pool!
2. FAN GEAR! It's time to order BSC fan gear!
Join the parents and supporters wearing those mod BSC
T-shirts, hats and other similar items! This is your chance! Check the order form for merchandise, cost, and sizes.
Order now, because once the deadline passes BSC won't be able to pass
along the group discount for you!
3. AUTOMATIC DRAFTS TO PAY DUES. Would you like to pay the
balance of your BSC dues in installments? BSC can schedule periodic
draws from you so that you don't have to spend any extra time reminding
yourself to keep current on your dues. Download the
pre-authorization form. Return
the completed document with voided check to Julie, or contact her at
320-8513 with your questions.
4. ADMIN NOTES FOR NEW OFFICIALS. There are a few loose ends that
need to be attended to:
- At the clinic you were given a Non-Athletes
Application form and an Indiana Officials Application form to fill out. Indiana Swimming has updated these
forms, so we will need to have you
download and fill out the forms to turn in
and disregard those that you have.
- BSC will pay for the Indiana Officials Application fee ($4.00) and the USASwimming Application fee ($47.00). BSC will also supply a white cotton
polo shirt with the BSC logo. Each official will still need to supply the
stamped self-addressed envelope and a check for the name badge ($7.00) made
out to Indiana Swimming.
- We need to put a deadline on this offer so we can wrap up this
admin task. Please send in to
Jessica Willis by Friday, Oct 9, through your swim coaches your completed applications and a
printed copy showing the completed test. Please email Jessica and Chuck
McNeely that you are turning your
information in so they can be on the lookout for it. [Jessica Willis - jwillis

- IMPORTANT: when you send in this information make sure to include
your shirt size!

This could be a bit late for many, but for those (like me) who still
need to register for the 2009 Short Course, here are the forms! Coach
Jeff says you can still register this week at North during HS practices.
